2️⃣ One-Time Payment Policy (MANDATORY)

• The offer amount must be paid in full, one-time only.

• No part payments, installments, or deferred payments are accepted.

• Services will begin only after full payment confirmation.

• Once payment is made, it confirms acceptance of all terms.

3️⃣ Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable

• This is a digital service offer involving domain registration, hosting allocation, and development resources.

• Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once made.

4️⃣ Domain Registration Terms

• Free domain is provided for 1 year only.

• Domain availability is subject to real-time availability at the time of registration.

• If the preferred domain is unavailable, an alternate available domain will be suggested.

• Domain ownership will be in the client’s name/email, but managed through CreativeLogics.

• Domain renewal after 1 year is paid and responsibility of the client.

• Hosting renewal after expiry is chargeable as per current pricing.

• Misuse, illegal content, or heavy abuse may result in suspension without refund.

6️⃣ Website Development Scope

• Website will be built using pre-designed templates.

• Scope includes basic pages only as selected in the form.

• Custom designs, advanced features, integrations, or changes beyond scope will be chargeable separately.

• Content must be provided by the client. If not, placeholder/demo content will be used.

• Only reasonable revisions are included. Excess revisions may attract extra charges.

7️⃣ Timeline & Client Responsibility

• Project timelines depend on client content, approvals, and responses.

• Delays caused due to missing details, late approvals, or inactivity from the client are not the responsibility of CreativeLogics.

• Website delivery timeline starts after all required inputs are received.

8️⃣ Marketing Services Disclaimer

• Marketing included in this offer is basic setup only, such as:

  • Google Business Profile setup

  • Basic social media page setup (if applicable)

• Paid advertisements, ad spend, lead guarantees, or sales guarantees are NOT included.

• Results depend on market, competition, and business type and cannot be guaranteed.

• Support will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or phone during working hours.

• Support scope is limited to services included in this offer.
