1. Pricing & Billing
All service prices can be viewed anytime on the official CreativeLogics.in website.
Payments must be made only through the authorized payment methods listed on our site.
Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspension and may lead to permanent termination.
Late payments made after 5 days from the due date may incur an additional late fee.
Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but refunds or credits are not provided after the first 7 days.
By becoming a customer of CreativeLogics, you agree to receive service notifications and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe anytime using the “Unsubscribe” link included in our emails.
All customer details provided during registration are handled according to CreativeLogics’ Privacy Policy.
If free migration is applicable to your plan, we provide migration only between same-panel platforms (e.g., cPanel to cPanel, Plesk to Plesk).
Cross-platform migration (e.g., Plesk to cPanel) is not included in free migration.
Backups & Data Recovery Policy
CreativeLogics provides complimentary automated backups, free of charge. Backup availability depends on available storage capacity at the time of request.
Hosting accounts larger than 15GB are not included in backup services.
CreativeLogics is not responsible for files, data, or content stored in your hosting account. Clients are fully responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.
Backup rotation follows a weekly schedule, and CreativeLogics maintains up to 4 backup copies.
Data older than 28 days after service expiry may be permanently deleted. Once deleted, CreativeLogics is not responsible for retrieval.
Adult Content Policy
CreativeLogics strictly prohibits hosting of adult-oriented content, including pornography, explicit material, or any form of nudity.
Any website found hosting such material will be suspended or terminated without refund.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
CreativeLogics follows a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding spam, bulk emailing, or unsolicited email distribution.
“Safe lists” and “Double opt-in lists” are also considered spam.
Any account involved in spam activity will be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice. No refunds will be issued.
Hosting accounts exceeding 15GB are excluded from our backup services.
Mail usage limits apply:
Shared hosting cPanel accounts can send a maximum of 100 emails per hour.
Accounts exceeding this limit or engaging in suspicious mailing behavior may be suspended.
Use of nulled, cracked, or pirated scripts, themes, or plugins is strictly prohibited.
If malware, viruses, or malicious code are detected in your account, CreativeLogics may suspend or terminate the account immediately for security reasons.
