Refund Policy

Refund Policy — CreativeLogics
  1. No refunds will be issued for accounts closed due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS).

  2. Upgrades or downgrades of existing services are non-refundable.
    Any changes made to packages are the responsibility of the user.

  3. VPS and Premium Hosting Services are non-refundable once the server or product has been delivered or activated, even if a cancellation request is submitted afterward.

  4. Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  5. If you already hold an active service with CreativeLogics and purchase an additional new service, standard refund policies do not apply to the newly ordered service.
    However, we may offer a 10-day credit-back guarantee on eligible plans (not a cash refund).

  6. No refund will be issued if our technical team does not find any fault or issue in your hosting service that would justify a refund request.

  7. Refunds will not be provided if your service is suspended or terminated due to:

    • Email abuse/spam

    • Illegal or inappropriate activities

    • Service misuse

    • Excessive resource usage

    • Violation of any policy under CreativeLogics

  8. Accounts overdue for more than 30 days may be permanently terminated, and data may be removed. Refunds are not applicable to terminated accounts.


📄 Fund / Credit Balance Policy — CreativeLogics
  1. Funds added to the CreativeLogics Wallet (Credit Balance) are non-refundable.
    Once wallet funds are added, they cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.

  2. Any refunds issued by CreativeLogics will be credited to the customer’s wallet, not returned to the original payment method.
    Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
